Gugulethu Wendy Phakathi is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of experience in the built environment. Currently a project engineer at Senet, a leading project management and engineering firm in mineral processing in Africa, she began her career as a trainee at Bay Engineering in 2010.
With expertise in design, programme and project management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction and engineering management, as well as infrastructure development, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Gugulethu Phakathi is known for her decisive and committed approach, applying innovative skills, and functioning seamlessly within a team. She holds a National Diploma and BTech Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg. She is also registered for accreditation with the Project Management Institute.
