As part of the programme offerings, the GPF will provide prospective developers with insights into the property management and development space by providing an 8-week short course which will equip the developers\/applicants and enable them to manage the properties on their own once the GPF\u00a0loan facility has been settled.<\/p>\n<p>The GPF will be entering the market to directly fund potential township developers for residential township (backyard) developments. Expo, Ekurhuleni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Kasi 4 Real product aims to resolve the following challenges:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The township real estate market remains very informal, and its economic impact is not measured, with no credit history.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left:20px;\">\n<li>Historically disadvantaged individuals (HDIs) do not participate in the full value chain of real estate development life cycle, i.e., property management and maintenance, construction material supply and property development.<\/li>\n<li>Gauteng remains a melting pot where job seekers from other provinces are not looking for permanent residency in the province as they are looking for job opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Access to finance for property development.<\/li>\n<li>Municipal revenues continue to dwindle as housing upgrades are done without municipal approvals leading to non-payment of municipal services and overload of infrastructure resulting in poor essential service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f8c9cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"3f8c9cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gpf.org.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Ntombenhle.jpg\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff2dc22 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff2dc22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ntombenhle Gwina, a Marketing, Communications and Stakeholder Manager at Gauteng Partnership Fund speaking with an attendee at the inaugural Township Economies Conference &amp;
